I have listened from many people that C# will get more popularity then Jave Programmers because it contains both good features of C and Java Is dat true ?

yeah thats true but truly i suggest that u should learn both and even more different kind of coding. like go to godaddy.com and look at their source that they use and u should see that they use a lot of different kinds of coding. so learn both and then branch out.
