Nah, sales are down at MS and a Lawyer is fixing to take over the top-dog post from an Economist. MS wants to arm twist Congress to send over more foreign contract help. That is what you are hearing.





I'm not sure what political affiliation Mr. Balmer is and how he is spending his political contributions, so it's too early to claim the foreign workers cap numbers are too low, we are in a crisis with MS code and we need more brain drain to our advantage to stay competitive in this mean, old world.
